PARD HuntEx 2026 Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This promotional competition is conducted by GARRISON TECHNOLOGY (PTY) LTD, trading as PARD South Africa (“the Promoter”).
  2. Competition Name
    PARD HuntEx 2026 Competition
  3. Prize
    The prize is one PARD Ranger ED3000 12x42.
    The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  4. Competition Period
    The competition opens on 24 April, 08:00 and closes on 27 April at 24:00.
    Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
  5. Who May Enter
    Entry is open to persons who:
  • are resident in South Africa; and
  • are 18 years or older at the date of entry.

The following persons may not enter:

  • directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of the Promoter;
  • immediate family members of the above; and
  • any other person directly involved in organising or administering the competition.
  1. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form made available by PARD South Africa during the competition period.

Only completed entries received before the closing date and time will be considered.

  1. Entry Rules
    Only one valid entry per person will be counted.
    If multiple entries are received from the same person, only the first valid entry may be considered.

Entries that are incomplete, false, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid may be disqualified.

  1. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received before the closing date and time.
  2. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided in the entry form.

If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 5 business days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

  1. Prize Fulfilment
    The prize will be awarded after the winner has been successfully verified.
    The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility before the prize is handed over.
  2. Publicity
    By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may contact them regarding the competition.
    The winner may be asked to consent to reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including publication of the winner’s name and/or photograph, but will not be required to do so where not permitted by law.
  3. Personal Information
    Personal information submitted in connection with this competition will be used for:
  • administering the competition;
  • contacting the winner;
  • maintaining competition records; and
  • sending product updates and special offers only where the participant has expressly opted in.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African law and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

  1. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or acts unlawfully or fraudulently.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required by law or where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the competition, the validity of entries, and the selection of the winner will be final.
